Tahira FAQ

**1. What are the delivery times?**

   We aim to deliver your items within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times may be longer during promotions, sales, or periods of high order volume. Specific details can be found during the checkout process.

**2. How can I track my order?**

   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

**3. How to choose the right size?**

   - the majority of our products are one size up to 42 (XL), regarding length we offer standard sizes up to 1m70 and Tall for 1m75 and over.

**4. Can I return an item and how?**

   - Yes, our return policy allows returns within 7 days. After receipt at our warehouse, returns are processed within 5 business days, not from the day the package is received.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only store credit and exchanges subject to availability. Store credit is valid for one year. Items on sale or promotion are *non-returnable and non-exchangeable*.

**5. Are returns free?**

   -  Returns are at the customer's expense, except in exceptional circumstances (in fact, for any fault on the part of tahira.fr, we undertake to provide you with a return label).

**6. How can I exchange an item?**

   - For exchanges, please follow the standard return procedure: send an email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. If the desired item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

**7. What should I do if an item is defective or damaged?**

   - We apologize for any inconvenience. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible by replacing the product or issuing you a credit note for the amount of the item.

**8. I did not collect my parcel within the allotted time, what should I do?

In these cases, you will have to pay the shipping costs again so that we can resend the package.

9. Can I modify my order? (product, address, etc.)  )

You can request a modification to your order, but it's not guaranteed that it will be processed. If the order has already been processed, modifications are impossible. Please note that if you entered the wrong address, you will have to wait for the package to be returned and pay the shipping costs again.

**10. What are the customer service response times?

Customer service can be reached by email and Instagram. Response times are 24 to 72 business hours, but may be longer depending on the situation.
